Privacy Policy
Last updated: 12 October 2026
Hosanna Studio, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, operates hosanna.studio. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit our website or contact us. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Information you share with us
When you submit an enquiry, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address and project details. We use it to respond, discuss your project and manage our business relationship. Our contact form stores submissions in Sanity and uses Resend to deliver enquiry notifications and confirmation emails. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your enquiry.
Website delivery
and analytics
Our hosting and content providers, including Vercel, Sanity, Cloudflare and Mux, process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website and its media. This can include your IP address, device and browser information, requested resources and diagnostic logs.
We use Vercel Web Analytics for basic traffic statistics. It does not use analytics cookies. See Vercel’s explanation of its analytics data. We also use Google Analytics 4 for visitors identified as being in the United States, to measure page visits, meeting-link clicks and successful enquiries. It uses first-party cookies lasting up to 180 days. Google Signals and advertising personalization are disabled; we do not send enquiry contents to Google Analytics. We do not load it for other or unknown locations, or when Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is enabled. Learn how Google processes data and about its Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies and
browser storage
Some website features and service providers may use browser storage or similar technology
to support site operation and security. Where applicable law requires consent for optional cookies or similar technology, we will obtain it before using them.
You can manage cookies and site storage through your browser settings. Restricting essential storage may affect some website features. External services linked from our website have their own cookie and privacy practices.
Purposes
and retention
Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on steps taken at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, for project discussions; and our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the website for essential technical processing.
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to handle your request, maintain an ongoing business relationship and meet applicable legal obligations. Service providers may maintain their own operational records under their applicable terms and policies.
Service providers and external links
We use service providers to host the site, deliver content and media, handle enquiries and provide basic traffic statistics. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where those providers operate. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards apply under our providers’ data processing terms. We may also disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect rights and security.
Meeting, social and portfolio links may take you to external services. Their privacy policies apply when you use them.
Your rights and questions
Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal information, restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent. You may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. Contact [email protected] to make a request. We may need information to verify your identity and locate relevant records.
We may update this policy when our website or practices change. The date above identifies the latest update.
